Most products are available for immediate delivery. For urgent deliveries, you can contact us by email at office@atelier-devi.com. Shipping is free for orders above 150 euro.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns are easy - warehouse located in the Netherlands. Returned products must be intact and have no signs of wear.

Each product is accompanied by a warranty certificate attesting to the quality of the materials and their compliance with the product description. Every silver and gold product is checked by local authorities and carries the Atelier Devi responsibility mark.

We manufacture our pearl necklaces and bracelets in our own atelier in Bucharest. To create our 14K gold pieces, we collaborate with family owned atelier in Spain, that has been producing gold jewellery for four decades. This way, you can be sure you are getting the best quality products out there.
