This covers:

Does not cover:

• Scratches, dents or deformations caused by wear, accidents or improper use of the product
• Losses or thefts
• Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, water or improper handling

Atelier Devi silver jewelry has a 1-year warranty.

This covers:

• Execution defects (e.g. non-functioning fasteners, weak welds)
• Abnormal oxidation (not caused by storage or exposure to moisture)

Does not cover:

• Tarnishing or darkening of silver over time (natural oxidation)
• Deformations, scratches or marks caused by improper use

Atelier Devi spun gold jewelry has a 1-year warranty.

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects (poor welds, failing fasteners, loose links)
• Unusual discolorations caused by material issues, not wear and tear

• Normal wear of the gold layer caused by friction
• Reactions to water, perfumes, cosmetics
• Deterioration over time caused by improper storage conditions
  

Recommendation: After the warranty period, we offer a reconditioning service for a fee (cleaning, re-linking, polishing) and a step-by-step guide on how to care for your spun gold jewelry here.

We do not recommend wearing jewelry in water. Pearls, silver, and gold filled can be affected by moisture and chemicals.

Gold-filled is a premium material, made by pressure-bonding multiple layers of 14K gold to a high-quality metal core.
By law, gold-filled jewellery must contain at least 5% solid gold by weight — that’s up to 100 times more gold than standard gold-plated pieces.
It offers the look and feel of solid gold, at a more accessible price, and with much better durability than plating.

To keep your gold-filled pieces looking their best:
• Clean gently with lukewarm water and mild liquid soap
• Use a soft-bristled brush to remove any buildup
• Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents
• Store separately to prevent scratching

Note: If your piece includes pearls, do not immerse it in water. Instead, use a damp cloth to clean only the metal parts.
