At Atelier Devi, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we pay close attention to every detail — from concept and design to craftsmanship and presentation. Each piece is created using high-quality materials that are tested and selected with care, so you can enjoy jewelry that lives up to the highest standards.

All products come with a Warranty Certificate, which confirms the material listed in the product description and guarantees that, when properly used, the jewelry will maintain its properties for at least 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms

Jewelry purchased from our website is new, free of defects, and marked according to legal standards.

Although Atelier Devi pieces are not designed for a fixed usage period, they are made to last — provided the care instructions on our website and in the warranty certificate are followed. Over time, natural signs of wear may appear. These are not considered defects, but part of the piece’s natural aging process.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty excludes damage caused by:
• Unauthorized cleaning, repairs, or alterations
• Improper use, wearing during sports, household chores, or heavy-duty activities
• Exposure to damaging environments such as:
• Dust, smoke, steam
• Chemicals (solvents, bleach, acids, salts, adhesives)
• Beauty and cleaning products (perfume, creams, hairspray, chlorine, sulfur compounds)

Jewelry exposed to these factors may show wear such as discoloration, scratches, abrasions, deformation, corrosion, or structural damage — which are not covered under warranty.

Repairs

If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge within the warranty period. For any repairs or adjustments, the customer must ship the item to our studio in Bucharest.

If a repair is not possible, the item will be replaced. Please note that an identical replacement may not always be available — in such cases, we will provide a similar item of equivalent value.
