Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

Returns can be sent to our facilities in either the Netherlands (Amsterdam area) or Romania (Bucharest), depending on your location. 

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be unworn and show no signs of use
• Be in perfect condition
• Be returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet the conditions above.

How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return directly from your customer account within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you have an account:
Log in to your account and open the order you wish to return.

If you don’t have an account:
Use the “View Order” link in your order confirmation email. You will receive a unique verification code by email to access your order and submit your return request.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Atelier Devi cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply indicate this in your return request through your customer account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
