Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands or Bucharest - depending on stock and to ensure efficient delivery across Europe.

Shipping times are calculated after order confirmation:
• To Netherlands & other EU: 2–5 business days
• Romania: 1–3 business days  

During holidays or sales campaigns, delivery times may be longer.

We offer free shipping on orders over €200 within the EU and over 500 lei in Romania. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.
