Return policy

Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied when you buy our products. If you wish to return the purchased products, you may do so, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, within 10 working days or 14 calendar days of receipt. The return is made without penalties and without invoking any reason according to the Romanian legislation in force, in Art. 4, b Cap. 1, Ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000.

Atelier Devi will refund the value of the order within 48 hours of receiving the return. The amount refunded and the return conditions do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost to return the products is covered by the customer.

Return procedure

For returns, please send us an email to the address: office@atelier-devi.com or contact us on the phone number: 0745.997.058, to notify us that you will send the products.

After checking the package received, you we will contact you for a refund.
