Return policy

Return conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you wish to return your order,  you may do so provided the products are unused and in their original packaging, within 10 working days of receipt.

Atelier Devi will refund the value of the order within 5 working days after receiving the return. The amount refunded and the return conditions do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost to return the products is covered by the customer.

Return procedure

For returns, please send us an email to the address: office@atelier-devi.com to notify us that you will send the products.

After checking the package received,  we will contact you for a refund.
