Delivery and return

Delivery to your door step

The products are delivered  by courier (DHL, UPS, DPD or similar depending on country). Shipping is free above 150 euro.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you wish to return your order, you may do so provided they are unused and in their original packaging, within 10 working days after delivery of your order.

Atelier Devi will refund the value of the order within 5 days of receiving your return. The amount refunded does not include shipping costs. The shipping cost to return the products is covered by the customer.

Return procedure

If you wish to return your products, please send us an e-mail at: office@atelier-devi.com, to notify us that you will send the products and to receive the return instructions.

After checking the package received, you we will contact you for a refund.
