All our jewellery is created in Europe to be able to provide strict control on quality. The ateliers we work with have excelent craftsmanship capabilities and work with recycled gold and silver.

We create each jewellery with the idea that it will remain beautiful for life. However, the way it is worn and cared for directly impacts its lifetime.

We offer different warranties, depending on the material:

• 14K gold jewelry: 12 months
• Rhodium-plated and gold plated silver jewelry: 6 months
• Gold filled jewellery: 6 months

The duration of our warranty is higher than the average warranty period offered by other companies to reflect our commitment to quality and made in Europe.

This covers:

• Execution defects (e.g. non-functioning fasteners, weak welds)


• Abnormal oxidation (not caused by storage or exposure to moisture)

Does not cover:

• Tarnishing or darkening of silver over time (natural oxidation)

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects (poor welds, failing fasteners, loose links)
• Unusual discolorations caused by material issues, not wear and tear

• Reactions to water, perfumes, cosmetics
• Deterioration over time caused by improper storage conditions
  

Please note that gold filled jewellery can lose its color. This happens to people that have very acidic skin or in case jewellery is repeatedly worn in the shower or while swimming. Being mindful with your gold-filled jewellery will extend its life to years of wear.

Yes. We produce in small series, use sustainable materials, biodegradable packaging, and offer repairs to extend your jewellery’s life. We use exclusively recycled gold and silver in our creations.

We do not recommend wearing jewelry in water. Pearls, silver, and gold filled can be affected by moisture and chemicals.

Gold-filled is a premium material, made by pressure-bonding multiple layers of 14K gold to a high-quality metal core.
By law, gold-filled jewellery must contain at least 5% solid gold by weight — that’s up to 100 times more gold than standard gold-plated pieces.
It offers the look and feel of solid gold, at a more accessible price, and with much better durability than plating.

To keep your gold-filled pieces looking their best:
• Clean gently with lukewarm water and mild liquid soap
• Use a soft-bristled brush to remove any buildup
• Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents
• Store separately to prevent scratching

Note: If your piece includes pearls, do not immerse it in water. Instead, use a damp cloth to clean only the metal parts.
